These Terms and Conditions of UMC Subscribing Membership ("Terms and Conditions") set forth the legally binding contract between Ultimate Marketing Corporation and each person who participates in and/or uses subscribing membership benefits, or has the legal right to own, occupy or use accommodations ("Vacation Ownership") in a resort, vacation club or vacation plan. Any terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them as set forth in the Terms and Conditions section.
